   The application fee for Subscriptions  is non-refundable. In the event of unsuccessful applications or cancellations, the payment for the application fee will not be returned.

2. Eligibility
   Applicants must meet all franchise requirements as outlined by Marrakesh Barber TM. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

3. Accuracy of Information
   All information provided in the application must be accurate and complete. False or misleading information may result in disqualification.

4. Review Process
   Applications will be reviewed by Marrakesh Barber TM. The review process may include interviews, background checks, and verification of provided information.

5. Confidentiality
   All application information will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating franchise eligibility.

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance
   Marrakesh Barber TM reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

7. Fees and Payments
   All fees and payments must be made in full and on time. Failure to do so may result in application cancellation.

8. Communication
   Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via the contact details provided.

9. Changes to Terms
   Marrakesh Barber TM reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
